Joe and Veronica Flannagan started Gulf View Cabinets in their living room in 2013 with a simple dream: bring quality cabinetry to homeowners across Pinellas County who deserved better than what the big-box stores were offering.
Twelve years later, that dream has transformed into more than 2,000 completed kitchens and bathrooms throughout Tampa Bay. But some things haven’t changed. We’re still a small, family-owned business. We still treat every customer like family, not a dollar sign. And Joe still hand-draws every design himself, bringing over 40 years of industry expertise to each project.

Joe Flannagan - Owner & Designer

Joe is the creative force and technical mastermind behind every Gulf View Cabinets project. With a career spanning over four decades, he’s worked on millions of dollars’ worth of cabinetry and custom furniture projects throughout Florida. Joe enjoys the creative challenge each new project brings and building lasting relationships with clients who appreciate above-and-beyond quality service.
Originally from Fort Lauderdale, Joe started in the industry at just 18 years old. Before launching Gulf View Cabinets, he spent decades refining his craft, working on everything from standard kitchen design, all the way up to high-end custom-built-ins and more, developing an eye for detail and a problem-solving approach that sets him apart from typical cabinet designers.
What makes Joe unique is his old-school draftsman background. He hand-draws every design, thinking through space planning, engineering challenges, and aesthetic details simultaneously. His wealth of industry experience gives him insights that most designers simply don’t have. As a seasoned space planner, designer, and engineer, Joe collaborates seamlessly with homeowners, interior designers, and contractors, expertly handling project specifications and challenges that would stump less experienced professionals.
Joe and his wife Veronica have been married for 36 years. They have two grown sons and seven grandchildren who keep life interesting. When he’s not designing kitchens, Joe enjoys spending time with his friends and family and is actively involved in their church community.

Veronica Flannagan - Owner & Office Manager

Veronica is the heartbeat of Gulf View Cabinets. While Joe handles the design and technical side, Veronica manages everything behind the scenes to make sure your experience is seamless and stress-free.
As office manager, she plays a crucial role in customer communication, project coordination, and making sure you have all the information you need from consultation through final installation. Your project’s success and your peace of mind are her top priorities.
Veronica co-founded Gulf View Cabinets with Joe in 2013, bringing organizational expertise and a genuine commitment to treating customers like family. She ensures that the integrity Joe builds into every design extends through every interaction with our company.
When she’s not managing the office, Veronica treasures time with their seven grandchildren and stays actively involved in their local church community.
Andy Anderson - Operations Manager

Andy brings over 20 years of cabinet industry experience to Gulf View Cabinets, where he’s served since 2019. As Operations Manager, Andy oversees warehouse operations and all the work your project requires.
He personally supervises each project from fabrication through completion, ensuring quality control at every stage. Andy’s hands-on approach and attention to detail guarantee that every client receives the exceptional customer service Gulf View Cabinets is known for.
His extensive experience means he can anticipate potential challenges before they become problems, keeping your project on schedule and meeting our high standards for craftsmanship.
Jena Johansen - Administrative Assistant

Jena joined Gulf View Cabinets in 2023 and quickly became Veronica’s right hand. As your personal liaison throughout the scheduling process, Jena makes sure every deadline for your project is met without exception.
Her exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills have helped bring Gulf View Cabinets into the digital age, heightening productivity and streamlining project management. Jena’s proactive communication style means you always know what’s happening with your project and when.
